Cherry Coffee Training was borne from a need to be able to offer training solutions to a varied base of coffee industry businesses throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.
Cherry Coffee Training has been directly involved in the following projects: -developed education model for contract catering barista development in UK -education content creation for SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Brewing Module -developed/created structural framework for AST (Authorised Trainers) Coffee Development Program (CPD) -designed and implemented first Gahwa Championships in UAE -advised specialty coffee development programs for major European commercial coffee roasters in Austria, Romania -consulted and trained teams for specialty coffee businesses in Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Romania, UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and UAE -developed innovative cold brew cupping system including equipment & cupping forms for TODDY plc in USA
Cherry Coffee Training can offer training in all SCA education modules and diploma tracks.
Cherry Coffee Training offers competition coaching for local, national and international coffee related competitions, including the World Barista Championships
