Barista Needed - Wimbledon Village

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Provide consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, turning every visitor into a loyal regular - Work with state-of-the-art coffee equipment (including Eversys Cameos and Shot Masters) and top-tier products to prepare the best drinks - Complete all required training to ensure proper food and beverage handling, maintaining freshness and quality - Implement systems to minimize waste in both food and beverage, adjusting par levels as needed based on business trends - Always adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards - Stay fully updated on product knowledge and follow all service and brand training guidelines - Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams on initiatives that drive foot traffic, attract new customers, increase sales, and build a loyal neighborhood customer base

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality - Availability that aligns with our cafe's needs - Part-Time: 24 hours per week, requiring 3 days of availability, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - Full-Time: 35 hours per week, requiring 4-5 days of availability, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - Weekend and holiday availability preferred - Must be authorized to work in the UK

**Pay: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour**
