The ideal candidate:

Passionate about coffee, with experience as a barista serving speciality coffee Comfortable dialling in every morning and ensuring consistency throughout the day Good knowledge of coffee equipment & maintenance Multitasker with ability to handle busy shifts and high volumes of orders Reliable, pro-active and a good team-player (takes initiative to make or suggest improvements) Confidence and an outgoing nature, able to give outstanding customer service
