Strelitzia is a thriving neighbourhood coffee shop and deli, known for exceptional speciality coffee, quality provisions, and a carefully curated wine selection. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Store Manager who can lead our team and elevate the Strelitzia experience even further.

We’re searching for someone who can build and empower a team, set a positive and professional culture, and lead with genuine care. Strong barista skills and hands-on experience in speciality coffee are essential, along with solid operational knowledge and the confidence to take ownership of the shop’s daily performance.

Details: Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week. Days: Monday – Sunday, weekend essential Times: Our space is open from 7.30am - 7pm Mon to Fri and 9am - 7pm Sat, 9am - 5pm Sunday, rotational weekend shifts. Probation period: 6 months Reporting to: Business owner Salary: £31,000/£34,000 depending on experience. With annual bonus scheme on business and personal performance.
