Position Information
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join us as the Head Barista who will be responsible for opening the Coffee Stand at 7am Monday to Friday with the founder and finishing your day at 3pm. Our coffee stand opens 7 days a week 8am to 3pm on weekdays and 9am to 3pm on weekends. We are located on a private market pitch outside of Christ Church Spitalfields.
As a Head Barista for our specialty coffee stand, you will be responsible in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the coffee stand. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, charismatic barista who can maintain a friendly relationship with our customers.
Key Responsibilities: · Coffee Preparation - espresso based · Customer Service - just bond with our customers · Stall Maintenance - coffee machine, grinder and other basic equipment · Knowledge of basic point-of-sale systems - daily operation
