Roastery packing Assistant - Full Time Roastery London

Press Coffee & Co is a small family owned business in London. We source and roast great speciality coffee.

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Packer and roastery assistant, you will be responsible for stickering coffee bags and filling them using our automated machines, setting up coffee cuppings, ensuring orders are packed and general roastery cleaning duties. This is a vital but resistive role in ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

A passion for coffee is preferred and there's lots of time on shift to listen to music and podcasts etc Duties: - stickering coffee bags - Load and unload products from trucks or containers - working on the packing machines - setting up coffee cuppings - Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders - Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing stock - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Maintain a clean and organized work area General weekly and daily cleaning duties Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or stock-related role preferred - Great attitude to enhance team morale Passion for speciality coffee - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
