Diedrich IR-2.5 (2011 UK version) single phase 230v plug. currently set up for natural gas but will come with the parts to change over to LPG if needed.

Great working order, recently had a full strip down and service.

Brand new upgraded gas valve kit (the same as they use on the new Diedrich roasters) purchased from Diedrich costing £1800

New potentiometer

New k-Type Phidget Kit installed costing £500. Bean temp & air temp (can be plugged in to run roasting software, I've always used Artisan)

Part new wiring

New pilot kit fitted.

Drum motor was rewound in 2024 along with new drum shaft bearings.

Grease gun and grease included along with Diedrich roaster manuals.

Very well looked after and maintained regularly.

Viewings welcome and delivery may be possible by myself, depending on where in the UK you are.

I can install the gas installation for you at an agreed cost if needed (I am a fully qualified gas safe engineer, on the gas safe register)

New 6" flue will be needed.

Very low gas consumption and costs me roughly £15 month (roasting 2 days a week)

Can send videos of the roaster fully working if needed.
