Diedrich IR-5 Auto 2012

very well maintained 2012 automatic Diedrich IR-5, Updated touch screen, faster drum speed to 62rpm, added 2 extra probes ( inlet and exhaust ) uses cropster phiget to connect to computer.

-Purchased the roaster around 2 years ago, Automatic Diedrich IR-5 but we have only used it in manual mode, the software is from 2012 and possible needs updated to run the automatic profile follower but we have never used / needed it and the previous owner explained the same situation to us. we have updated the screen to a touch screen, and increased the drum speed to allow for faster roasting, we have also added 2 extra probes.
