Electrostatic smoke filter complete exhaust system for coffee roaster

For sale I have this very effective and efficient Electrostatic smoke filter, Booster fan and lots of insulated ducting. Complete Exhaust system that I was using due to roasting coffee in a residential area on a 5kg coffee roaster. This is a great solution for anyone setting up a roastery or you are getting complaints from neighbours in a residential area. After decommissioning my coffee roaster I thoroughly cleaned the filters and the inside of the cabinet to nearly new standard. There is some dis-colouration to one of the front plates on the right filter (as shown in picture) due to leaving it in the cleaning solution a bit too long but it does not effect it how it operates and works perfectly. This reduces smoke emissions by 95% and the carbon filter helps to reduce the smell. (New carbon filter fitted) The air flow is from right to left. Due to the extended extraction needed to facilitate this filter I used it with a powerful Booster fan to ensure the coffee roaster was extracting air quick enough and delivered consistent air flow through the drum no matter how windy it was with no backdraft issues. I also have approximately 10m of double wall insulated ducting with many elbows. brackets and adjusting pieces to fit most extraction designs. I would like to sell the ESP, FAN and Ducting as a package ideally to anyone looking for a complete solution. This can all be collected in person but you would need a van or It would need to all go out on 2 pallets costing approximately £250.

The ESP (Electro static precipitator) is powered by 2 x 13amp plugs. Dimensions: Width 1500mm, Depth 770mm, Height 700mm Weight 80kg

Bifurcated fan 3 phase motor but I have an inverter so it can run on 240V Dimensions: Width 600mm, Depth 400mm, Height 600mm Weight 40kg (This would need an engineer to wire up for correct use with your roaster)

Ducting is all stainless steel Double wall insulated internal diameter 150mm and external diameter of 200m. Very easy to install. 4x elbows, 1 x air equalizer, 1 x T piece, 1 x rain cover at termination point, 5 x wall brackets and about 10m of various straight sections some adjustable.
