Soaring spirit.
Incorporating an energy-efficient boiler system, Eagle One lowers both your power bills and your coffee’s carbon footprint. Cold water is pre-heated on entry before passing through small well-insulated boilers before being finally heated to dispensing temperature with a flash element in the group head. Eagle One is around one-third more energy-efficient than comparable machines at medium shop volumes. Eagle One is also packed with useful barista functions, including auto purge, volumetric programming, shot timers and two configurable shot buttons on each group head.
The Eagle One has lower running costs and despite its smaller boilers is suitable for all but the busiest of coffee shops (if you have a high volume location, consider the Black Eagle Maverick). United Baristas is also enthusiastic for Easy Steam, to enable barista multi-tasking during milk preparation.
Customisation
Ordering online
The most common options are available to order directly. We’ll process your order and update you with customisation and delivery information.
Order via Customer Services
Less common options, and bespoke customisations, can be ordered through customer services. Any additional options are summarised below and all factory options are usually listed in the product sheet, available in Equipment Catalogue.
Customisation work impacts Lead Times
Where possible we typically opt for customisation work to be done in the factory. Other customisation work is performed locally by engineers or a body shop. Please allow additional lead time for customisation work.

Carbon Footprint
Carbon emissions from use
Usage is the greatest cause of most products’ carbon footprint when totalling emissions across all stages of a product’s life from manufacture to disposal.
There a tendency to overlook these emissions, especially if the primary focus is on reducing waste. In 2023, approximately 162 grams of CO2e were emitted for every kWh generated in the United Kingdom. Continued shifts towards renewable and nuclear generation, we well as the phasing out of coal and gas generation, will reduce the carbon intensity of electricity over time.
You can lower your electricity consumption and carbon emissions by purchasing energy-efficient coffee equipment and using energy-efficient practices. Tips are available across United Baristas.
Maintaining equipment
You can lower overall emissions by maintaining this product in working condition and prolonging its working life. You can source parts and find engineering services in Directory. From a carbon reduction perspective, it makes sense to upgrade when a new product’s efficiency is great enough to outweigh the embodied carbon within several years.
End of life
As many components can be recycled and most metals can be recovered. Dispose of this product responsibly and do not discard in general waste. Further information is available in the product’s manual. It’s also useful to understand the lifecycle of products.
Payment & Finance
Payment can be made using a debit or credit card or by bank payment. Additionally, monthly instalments are also available for this product for companies registered in the United Kingdom.

Lead Times
Stock Available
We endeavour to keep popular products in stock. When stock is available, items are typically dispatched within two working days of payment clearance. Espresso machines are bench-tested before dispatch, please allow two additional working days.
Factory Orders
Orders that utilise production options, bespoke manufactured or not available from the UK warehouse are categorised as factory order items. These products are typically dispatched from the UK warehouse within 10 – 25 working days of payment clearance. Lead times vary by manufacturer, an overview is available. We will contact you with an expected dispatch date when you’re item is en route to the UK warehouse.
Product options and customisation
Products that require bespoke assembly, customisation or manufacture have longer lead times. It’s best to order these items well in-advance as it is easier for us to store these items in the UK warehouse than it is to speed up customisation work or manufacturing.
Product options are typically completed within 5 working days. Comprehensive customisation work can take up to 50 working days depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of parts. If your item is being assembled or painted by the manufacturer, the factory lead-times apply.
Shipping
United Baristas ships to UK physical addresses. Free shipping is available on products over £200, some exclusions apply and there are surcharges for some bulky and oversize products to remote regions. Any shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Installation
Espresso Machine Care & Maintenance
Cleaning
All espresso machines should be cleaned daily to prevent build-up of oils around the group head. This is typically done in-house as part of the shutdown procedure. Cleaning your espresso machine both improves the quality of your coffee and helps prevent wear.
Water Filtration
Water filtration is essential for espresso machines throughout the United Kingdom. Without adequate filtration, limescale enters the boiler(s) and components damaging the machine. None of the espresso machine manufacturers’ warranties cover damage from poor or inadequate water filtration. The right filtration cartridge depends on your local water quality and your volume of water use. In most cases your local engineer is best placed to make a recommendation and can install the system when installing the espresso machine.
When you have an espresso machine installed through Equipment Store we will either make a water filtration recommendation or connect you with the installing engineer in advance so you can identify a suitable option. Water filters typically require replacement two or four times per year. If you need to replace your filter more frequently, consider using a larger cartridge.
Product Information
Specific care and maintenance information is available for this product. Videos and documentation is available in Equipment Catalogue.
Maintenance & Service
There are two types of service: front end service (in situ on premises) or a full service (undertaken in the engineer’s workshop). It is best practice to set up a service contact with a local engineer.
Many businesses choose to alternate front end and full services, so a machine benefitting from bi-annual servicing would typically have one front end service and one workshop service each year.
Regular planned services are both cheaper over the medium-term and less disruptive to business operations.
Boiler inspections
Espresso machines require annual certification to comply with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR 2000). Checks and certification can now be performed by engineers who have undergone training to become a ‘component person’. Many businesses coincide boiler inspections with a service.
