Our beloved “Vicky”<\/p>\n
We started roasting on this Vittoria drum roaster in 2015 and have to date roasted just over 3000 awesome batches of coffee with it. This roaster was in use until around 6 months ago and was in great operating condition when uninstalled. It is now kept securely in storage awaiting a new home<\/p>\n
We have been roasting on average about 500kg a week taking around 15 hours to do so.<\/p>\n
