\nResponsibilities of the Role:<\/p>\n
Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
\nCreate an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
\nBe passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
Have at least 1 years\u2019 supervisory experience and Barista experience within the coffee hospitality environment
\nWe require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and (ideally) good coffee knowledge to help in the support the day-to-day running of the store
\nHave a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outlet
\nBe organised, hard-working and reliable
\nMust be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
\nBe flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
\nBe an excellent communicator, and have experience of training other staff members
\nUnderstanding of stock control and completing stock takes
\nUnderstanding of wage management
\nUnderstanding of food preparation
\nEnsuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced\/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
\nTo assist in all operational aspects and ensure a smooth running of shifts whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times
\nTo assist the general manager in shift management
\nTo adhere to all company policies and procedures
