Main Responsibilities
\nUtilize your coffee expertise to brew the perfect cup, adjusting equipment settings as needed.
\nMaintain coffee quality and consistency by dialing in coffee throughout the day.
\nEnsure all coffee adheres to company standards, including weighing shots and monitoring roast dates.
\nSet up, maintain, and close down coffee equipment safely.
\nUphold cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
\nCollaborate with team members and support the floor staff.
\nBe a brand ambassador, reflecting Gentlemen Baristas’ image and reputation.<\/p>\n
