Mill City MCR20 20KG Coffee Roaster

We’re selling our 20kg Mill City Roaster. It was manufactured in 2020, delivered and installed in 2021. We use this roaster as our main production, on average 2 days per week (approx 1000kg weekly total) but it is capable of more. Available from end of May ‘24.

The roaster is available from May and is still installed at our unit so can be seen in action. Included is a ducting system worth £2000.

Mill City Roasters are hand-built for coffee roasting. The roaster has total control with variable drum and fan speeds. Other features include: • Powerful dedicated cooling fan. • Heavy-Duty Build • Industrial quality, solid plate, and all stainless steel construction. • USB Data Logging • State of art real-time roast data and logging via four factory-installed thermocouples. • High output, fully adjustable burners. • Double Walled Drums • Uniform heat distribution, greater consistency, better control.

The automated software also recognises drop in, turning point and drop out temps, ensuring consistency and ease of use. The roaster can be linked to Cropster, Artisan, RoastPath (we use RoastPath currently).

Optional extras are the Jenco Loader and Destoner, I can provide a price on request if required.

The roaster is very consistent and produces really sweet and clean tasting profiles. The price excludes shipping and crating, these can be calculated depending on end location or you can arrange collection from U.K address. The price excludes VAT.
