Barista / Supervisor - Full Time, Part Time Barista London

The ideal candidate: • Passionate about coffee, with experience as a barista serving speciality coffee • Comfortable dialling in every morning and ensuring consistency throughout the day • Good knowledge of coffee equipment & maintenance • Multitasker with ability to handle busy shifts and high volumes of orders • Confidence and an outgoing nature, able to give outstanding customer service • Previous experience as a supervisor/assistant manager of a café • Comfortable leading a team – organising tasks, communicating, training, etc. • Able to create and manage a team rota • Previous responsibility of ordering from key suppliers
