Kees Mirage Model,

This Kees is the Mirage model, a commercial espresso machine, with three groups and a foot-operated steam valve system.

Single phase, water pump included. The foot pedal is safe, leaves your hands free and feels like the most natural way to work. Once you try you never look back. The machine was completely refurbished during the first lockdown and only used until the second lockdown.

The machine before refurbishment and after was only used with a water system, first a Commercial Reverse Osmosis and finally a Claris water technology filter.
