La Marzocco Strada EP 3 Group

The Strada EP pioneered variable-pressure espresso profiles, it allows the barista to bring out different flavor components which affect the balance and body of the shot, and produce a rounder, softer espresso that highlights brightness, sweetness and delicate notes. Along with three independent boilers, each group head has its own variable-pressure motorized pump. The Strada EP can run three profiles simultaneously at different pressures without affecting espresso quality.

This Strada EP has been regularly maintained and serviced by La Marzocco and Clifton Coffee.
