Auto-tampers both reduce pressure and streamline operations, allowing baristas to multitask with less fatigue. The Cube is the perfect option when you need a standalone auto-tamper to enhance barista workflow. It allow you to change grinders without having to also update auto-tamper; however you do need to allocate a little counter space as this device ideally sits between your grinder(s) and the espresso machine. Easily set the tamp pressure and it is available in 58.3, 58, 54 or 53 mm versions for various portafilters.
