Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation Requirements:

Have at least 1 years’ supervisory experience and Barista experience within the coffee hospitality environment We require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and (ideally) good coffee knowledge to help in the support the day-to-day running of the store Have a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outlet Be organised, hard-working and reliable Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team Be an excellent communicator, and have experience of training other staff members Understanding of stock control and completing stock takes Understanding of wage management Understanding of food preparation Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes To assist in all operational aspects and ensure a smooth running of shifts whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times To assist the general manager in shift management To adhere to all company policies and procedures Benefits:
