If you’re having trouble distinguishing bitterness from sourness, take a sip of coffee, swirl it around your mouth, swallow, then look down and open your mouth slightly.

Conti's NG-C is now available in a 2-group configuration. It features both internal and external upgrades, including more powerful boilers and a sweeping body with integrated LED lighting. For most coffee companies, it's now the better option. Plus, NG-C is also coming to Equipment Store autumn 2024.

The CC202 is being superseded by the forthcoming Conti NG-C, which will be introduced over late 2024 and early 2025.
